The 50-year transferable roof warranty
Every new RooferMD roof carries a 50-year transferable, limited warranty. Most manufacturers stop at 25 or 30 years, or call it “lifetime” and quietly drop the coverage when you sell. Ours transfers to the next owner.
What it covers
- Workmanship on the complete roofing system: shingles, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and decking we installed.
- Leaks caused by installation defects, repaired at no charge for the life of the warranty.
- Transfer to a new owner when you sell the house, with no fee and no re-inspection.
What makes it possible
We only install Grade A materials from established vendors, our crews are trained on each manufacturer’s system, and we replace bad decking instead of roofing over it. A roof built that way lasts, so we can stand behind it for 50 years.
