How long does a roof replacement take?

Is the 50-year warranty transferable if I sell?
Yes. Our 50-year limited warranty transfers to the next owner, which most manufacturer “lifetime” warranties do not. It is a real selling point when you list the house.
Do you handle the insurance claim?
Yes, from the free inspection through the adjuster meeting. We photograph and document the damage, write the estimate in the format your carrier expects, and meet the adjuster on the roof.
