Restoration Services of Maryland · Full Build-Back
Full Build-Back and Repairs After Water or Storm Damage
Estimates, drywall replacement, paint, trim and floors, with the insurance coordination handled, so you deal with one company.
What we do
Drying a house is half the job. The other half is putting it back: hanging and finishing new drywall, matching paint, replacing baseboard and casing, rebuilding a cabinet base, and installing new flooring. Most restoration companies hand you off to a contractor for that; we are the contractor.
Restoration Services of Maryland writes the build-back estimate in the same format as the mitigation estimate, so your adjuster sees one coherent claim. Our carpenters, painters and the Carpets Etc. flooring crew schedule back-to-back, and a project coordinator keeps you updated.
If the damage came through the roof, RooferMD replaces the roof under the same claim. If siding or gutters were hit, the exteriors crew handles those. You make one phone call and get your house back.
Questions Maryland homeowners ask us
How long does build-back take?
A single room, one to two weeks after drying; a finished basement, three to six weeks depending on cabinetry and flooring lead times.
Can I upgrade while you're at it?
Yes. Insurance pays for like-for-like; you pay the difference for upgrades, and we price both so you can decide.
Do you pull permits?
Where the county requires them for structural, electrical or plumbing work, yes.
