Monster roof build this week in Monkton MD.
This home was damaged by the June 26th storm that dropped 1-1/4” hail. 💎⛈️🫣
We were in the area performing inspections the next morning when we met this homeowner. He was very skeptical at first because from the ground the roof didn’t appear to have any damage…… but that couldn’t be further from the truth. It was SMOKED!!! 👀🤯
After demonstrating the loss to the homeowner we immediately filed the claim…. The following week the adjuster agreed with our findings and approved for replacement on the spot.
The build was 2 days to complete all 74sq of shingles. 12 men on site day one and 6 men day two.
CertainTeed Landmark Pro: Shenandoah turned out to be a phenomenal looking roof. Homeowner splurged to add real copper flashing to the chimney and apron flashing.
The homeowner is over the moon with our staff, the process, our build crew and the end result.
